Background theoretical knowledge and discussions on useful practical techniques will also be interdispersed amongst the case material.

The course will teach delegates how to compile a differential diagnosis list, form a diagnostic plan, interpret laboratory tests and manage cases. Delegates will be encouraged to participate in decision making in this relaxed and informal atmosphere, and are encouraged to bring recent problem cases for discussion.

Key Learning Objectives:

By the end of this course, delegates should have a thorough understanding of:

  • Case-based problem solving
  • The use and interpretation of laboratory results and other diagnostic modalities
