Course content
It is a fact that practices that utilise their nursing and reception staff fully are more profitable, the vets have more time for medicine and surgery and the staff are more motivated and productive. However it is not always easy for practices to know where to start and vets are often reluctant to “let go” to untrained and underresourced nursing staff. This one-day course is specifically designed for nurses and those aspiring to a more active role in practice development. Nurses are taken through the full range of practical steps to initiate, set-up and manage a range of proven practice building ideas. The course will provide all the practice protocols, tools, skills and information to practically improve practice performance, staff motivation and patient preventative health.
