Howard B. Seim III, DVM, Diplomate ACVS, is a Professor of Small Animal Surgery, Colorado State University. He is a graduate of Washington State University. He did his internship at Saskatoon, Canada, residency at the Animal Medical Center in New York City and has been teaching small animal surgery at Colorado State University for 30 years. He was Chief of the Small Animal Surgery section at Colorado State University from 1992 to 2002.
