This course is taken from the full programme Nurse Certificate in Laboratory Practice. Now accredited by the European School of Veterinary Postgraduate Studies, the programme leads to the qualification Nurses Certificate in Laboratory Practice - NCert(LabPrac)

Key Learning Objectives:

Urinalysis

 

At the end of this course, delegates should be able to:

  • Prepare and examine a urine sediment to include some common abnormalities
  • Discuss the use of Multisticks
  • Understand how to use a refractometer
  • Discuss potential false negatives and positives when urine testing

Attend this day and the course on the previous day (Biochemistry) for £435.10 plus VAT (£511.25 in total)
