Course Content
Pruritus is the most common symptom of skin disease in the cat and is manifest by the cutaneous reaction patterns of symmetrical alopecia, eosinophilic granuloma, miliary dermatitis, and head and neck pruritus. By means of didactic teaching and case discussions, this course will review the causes, investigation and treatment of these frequent clinical presentations. In addition, the course will cover some of the less common feline skin presentations including other causes of alopecia, diseases affecting the face and feet, and non- healing wounds.
