Course Description
Each course can include up to three delegates at each session and material can be tailored to individual needs. Improve will supply a suitable car for the day and the day can be split into morning and afternoon sessions to help different people to attend. Each driver will receive a written report on their driving style with suggestions for further improvement.

A motorist, driving an average of around 10,000 miles per annum has a one in seven chance of being involved in a car accident at some stage each year.
Most vets have never received any additional driver training since passing their driving tests and yet many drive many times the average number of miles every year, often in a hurry, frequently thinking about the next or previous clinical case. Up to a third of all road accidents involve somebody who is at work at the time and in these Heath and Safety conscious days, employers have a duty of care to ensure that work-related risk is assessed and where possible reduced.
Over the last five years, Improve has trained hundreds of vets in defensive driving skills and the good news is that Improve is now able to bring the benefits of its successful 'Advanced Driver Training' days direct to your practice. Course Tutor, Lewis Waters has many years experience as a Police Class 1 driver and during a fun yet thought provoking day he will introduce you to the 'Roadcraft' system of car control as taught to the UK emergency services.
